Leedon started his career in property in 2002 at the country’s largest real estate brokerage in the UK. In this time, Working hard within his role he started as a sales negotiator and worked through the different ranks, gaining recognition and a number of promotions. Leedon had successfully grown, trained and managed a host of sales individuals, teams and branches. Winning top branch awards, including awards such as top negotiator for the south east of UK.
Relocating to the UAE, Leedon started to work in the Dubai Real Estate market since 2013, relocating with his small family to the UAE he embraced himself to start a new adventure. Having changed to an entirely new market, Leedon rather quickly adapted and was promoted to sales and marketing manager for a leading real estate company. For most part of his career in Dubai, Leedon has trained and lead a number of sales teams gaining a number of successes along the way. In between, he successfully managed teams for one of Dubai’s top developers before returning back to brokerage.
Leedon’s beliefs are very customer focused and is a keen admirer of the following statement:
